Ticket and Table Packages

Only items stated in the descriptions on the individual event pages are included in ticket and table packages.

Fireball reserves the right to make any changes to ticket or table packages which do not, in the opinion of Fireball, materially affect the quality of the package.

All ticket and table packages are subject to availability.

Payment

Invitations will be sent out upon receipt of payment. 

Full cleared funds must be paid to Fireball before the date of the Event.

Payment by Invoice

Full payment must be made 10 days from receipt of your invoice (subject to payment method), after which time, if payment is not received, bookings may be subject to cancellation in accordance with the cancellation terms below.

 

Cancellation

Booking Cancellation/Changes

Cancellations must be received by Fireball in writing. In the event of cancellation of bookings or reduction in number of tables/tickets at any time after Fireball has issued a booking confirmation, the following cancellation charges apply:

More than 90 days – 25% of total price, 90-31 days – 50% of the total price, 30 days or less – 100% of the total price.

Booking confirmations will be emailed and posted the same working day your booking form is received. If you do not receive this written confirmation please call to confirm receipt of your booking on +44 (0)20 8704 4141.

Event Cancellation

Fireball gives no guarantee that the Event will go ahead and may occasionally have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances including, without limitation, force majeure, safety and security concerns or a decision by the client. 

While every effort will be made to adhere to the proposed schedule, Event dates and timings cannot be guaranteed and are subject to alteration without notice. 

The Event

Fireball reserves the right to refuse admission to the Event to any person under the age of 18 whose attendance has not been approved in advance in writing, or to any persons seeking to accompany such persons. 

All guests are subject to the code of conduct at the venue. Fireball and the venue reserve the right to expel or refuse entrance to any guest as a result of a breach of the code of conduct, at which point the guest shall lose all their rights with regard to the Event, with no right of refund. 

Guests must notify Fireball of any specific dietary requirements or allergies at least 48 hours prior to the Event. After this time, Fireball and the venue cannot guarantee that any dietary requirements can be catered for.

Fireball does not take responsibility for any matter whatsoever that is beyond its control and shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of any valuables or possessions, or harm (with the exception of injury due to Fireball negligence) suffered by you or your guests. All guests should keep valuables with them at all times.

All talent is subject to availability.

 

Product Terms & Conditions

Order Processing

All orders placed during working days (Monday-Friday) will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Any orders placed after 1pm on Friday will not be processed until the next working day (Monday, or Tuesday where Monday is a bank holiday).

Order confirmations will be emailed the same working day your order is received. If you do not receive this written confirmation please call to confirm receipt of your order on +44 (0)20 8704 4141 (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm).

Once an order confirmation has been sent Fireball is unable to accept cancellation of any order.

Payment

Full cleared funds must be paid to Fireball before items can be shipped. If items are required in short time frames payment should made by credit card to avoid delay.

Payment by Invoice

Full payment must be made 10 days from receipt of your invoice (subject to payment method), after which time orders may be subject to cancellation if payment is not received.

 

Delivery

All delivery time-scales are approximate and subject to product availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified. Delivery costs and stated time-scales apply to mainland UK only, excluding Northern Ireland. Delivery to remote postcodes and Northern Ireland may be subject to additional charges. For delivery times and charges for remote postcodes or outside mainland UK please contact us.

Depending on the item, delivery will be via Royal Mail registered first class post, an assigned courier company or one of Fireball’s trusted third party suppliers and will require a signature to confirm receipt. Deliveries will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained, and can be collected from your local depot.

Returns Procedure

Fireball is only able to accept returns of faulty items, items damaged in transit or items sent to you in error. Fireball is unable to accept returns of unwanted items.

If you receive an item that is faulty or has been sent to you in error please notify Fireball in writing at hello@fireballshop.com within 7 days of receipt, stating the reason for your return.

If an item is damaged in transit, please notify Fireball in writing at hello@fireballshop.com within 24 hours of signing for the goods, so that any necessary claims can be made with the courier company concerned. We ask that you send images of damage to the item and any damage to the packaging. Failure to notify Fireball within the allotted time may result in a further charge for a replacement to be sent.

Whilst Fireball uses all the necessary packaging to ensure damages do not occur, damages in transit may occur on occasion.

The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused and in the original packaging for exchange or refund as required. Fireball reserves the rights to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged (by any means other than delivery transit), used or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Depending on the size of the item, Fireball’s customer service team will advise on the best returns method. Any postage costs incurred when returning a faulty or incorrect item, or an item damaged in transit, will be refunded in full.

When returning an item, please include your name, address and order number inside the parcel along with the reason for the return. Return the package to Fireball using the address below.

Refunds

You will receive an email when returned item has been received, after which time refunds will be processed within 30 days. All refunds will be made in the same manner that the funds were originally paid. Please note that refunds are at the discretion of Fireball. If an item is insufficiently protected in its return transit or deemed not to be faulty, Fireball has the right to refuse to refund the returned item.
